Konstantina is a Supreme Court Lawyer with a distinct specialization in tax law and extensive experience in tax planning, tax compliance and tax litigation. Her practice focuses on providing strategic tax advisory services to a diverse clientele, including businesses and high-net-worth individuals.

A specialist in international taxation as well as M&As, Konstantina advises clients on cross-border transactions, corporate reorganizations, and financing structures, always targeting optimal tax efficiency. Her expertise lies specifically in the establishment, operation and restructuring of entities, ensuring full legal and tax compliance in domestic and international environments.

Prior to founding LykaLaw, she held positions at audit firms including PwC and EY, where she developed particular expertise in tax audits and tax dispute resolution, as well as in direct taxation, transfer pricing and mergers and acquisitions.
