Biography

Artemis is a Supreme Court Lawyer with extensive experience in corporate, commercial, tax, and customs law. Since 2018, she has led the firm's corporate law team, acting as a trusted legal business partner to clients ranging from international corporations in the energy, metals and oil sectors to nationally operating medium-sized enterprises.

Prior to founding LykaLaw, Artemis gained significant experience in real estate law at her family law firm, which has a long-standing tradition in property matters, advising on property transactions and investment structures. She subsequently joined EY, where she specialized in tax law, with a particular focus on indirect taxation, advising on complex tax and customs matters. During this time, she supported corporate clients in tax and customs audits and handled disputes with the competent authorities. Her experience also includes advising on tax and regulatory risk management in complex business environments.

Her in-depth knowledge enables her to deliver clear and sound legal advice on commercial agreements, corporate governance, and employment matters. She has extensive experience structuring international financing transactions and advising on investments, joint ventures, and customs schemes. Having contributed to the successful outcome of litigation that led to the annulment of a national tax provision, she is widely recognised for her expertise in tax dispute resolution.
