Biography
Artemis is a Supreme Court Lawyer with extensive experience in corporate, commercial, tax, and customs law. Since 2018, she has led the firm’s corporate law team, acting as a trusted legal business partner to clients ranging from international corporations in the energy, metals and oil sectors to nationally operating medium-sized enterprises.
Prior to founding Lyka Law, Artemis was a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young, where she advised corporate finance teams on the interpretation and application of tax and customs law, indirect taxation, and transfer pricing matters. Her experience includes supporting tax and customs audits, resolving disputes with authorities, and managing legal and regulatory compliance risks in complex business environments.
Her in-depth knowledge enables her to deliver clear and sound legal advice on commercial agreements, corporate governance, and employment matters. She has extensive experience structuring international financing transactions and advising on investments, joint ventures, and customs schemes. Artemis also brings strong generational expertise in real estate, advising on property transactions and investment structures. She is widely recognised for her strong background in tax controversy and dispute resolution.
