Biography

Artemis is a Supreme Court Lawyer, with in depth experience in corporate, commercial, tax and employment law. Since 2018, she has been leading the corporate law team, serving as legal business partner to firm clients ranging from international corporations in the energy and metals, and oil majors to medium enterprises of national coverage.

Previously, Artemis served as a senior consultant with Ernst and Young, consulting clients’ finance teams on precise interpretation of tax law, indirect taxation and transfer pricing issues, conducting tax audits and resolving tax disputes. She possesses significant expertise in managing legal and compliance risks, conducting AML and legal due diligence.

Her in depth knowledge allows her to provide sound legal advice on commercial agreements, corporate governance and employment courts. She has extensive experience structuring international finance transactions, providing guidance on investments, joint ventures and customs schemes. She is also recognised for her strong background in tax controversy, having contributed to an EU wide project that resulted in a national tax law provision being overruled.

She holds an LL. B from the National and Kapodistrian University of Greece, and an LL.M in International Trade and Investment Dispute Settlement, EU Competition Law and EU Tax Law from Queen Mary University of London. She speaks English and French fluently and conversational Italian.
